Militery Museum Restoration Project is Ascribed to Conservation Center of Archaeology

        Cairo University announced initiation of carrying out the military museum restoration project at the castle within a few days. The project has been ascribed by Armed Forces Engineering Authority to Monuments Maintenance Center, Cairo University. This has been declared by Dr.\ Gaber Nassar, President of Cairo University, pointing out that the project includes structural reinforcement and uplifting efficiency of interfaces of the military museum and restoration work of the museum costing 18, 000,000 EGPs. More>>

President of Cairo University Praises Faculty of Archaeology for Discovering a Complete Pharonic Tomb Regards President of the Army Records

        Dr.\ Gaber Nassar, President of Cairo University, has expressed his happiness and appreciation of the efforts of Faculty of Archaeology, Cairo University, which discovered in its excavations a monumental tomb at the road that leads to the pyramid "Ounas" which is besides the pyramid "Zoser" at Sakkara. The tomb is totally engraved and decorated. It is still with its original state and bright colors. It regards the President of Army Records Basser in the twentieth family of the modern Egyptian state in the Pharonic history "Age of Empire". more>>
